The increase was largely driven by an optimisation of our internal resources and strategic alliances with experienced linguists which enabled us to of
fer more competitive prices to our worldwide clients.
With our new local representatives in Dubai and soon in Germany, we are currently finalising the localisation of our website and marketing documentation into Arabic and German. The localised content will be available in April 2011.
Our 2011-12’s strategy will be to continue our efforts to increase our penetration in regional markets while retaining the personal touch and premium account service levels that built on our reputation so far.
